Returns or exchanges can be accepted within 30 days if merchandise is unused and in original packaging. Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by original receipt and if purchased by debit or credit card must be credited back to the original card at time of purchase. We do not credit any shipping costs.
Sorry, no returns or exchanges can be accepted for Custom Size Bandsaw Blades. Any issues under the Warranty will be taken care of with any custom product we've produced.
Returns & Exchanges: Special Orders
Return or exchanges of special orders (not stocking item) are subject to a restocking charge at a minimum of 25%. Return or exchange must be within 30 days of invoice date. Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by original receipt. If purchased by debit or credit card the return must be credited back to the original card used at time of purchase.
